The God Who Does Good
“Oh, how abundant is Your goodness, which You have stored up for those who fear You and worked for those who take refuge in You!”
💖 The God Who Does Good
The Lord our God is the only One who fills our lives with true goodness.
It is a small thing for Him to do good — because His very nature is goodness itself.
He delights in blessing His children with all that is best for them.
✨ To Whom Does the Lord Do Good?
-
He does good to those who trust Him wholeheartedly.
-
“The LORD is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him.” — Lamentations 3:25
Even when nothing seems certain, like Abraham, we must believe even when there is nothing to believe.
-
-
He does good to those who believe in the Lord before men.
-
Like Job, who said, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” — Job 13:15
-
Like David, who declared, “Blessed be the name of the Lord.” — Job 1:21
Let us remain steadfast in our faith, even when situations challenge us.
The God who did good to David and Job will surely do the same for us.
